Time flies when you have fun.

And the beginning of 2022 was an enormous great, fun ride.

2021 was the year when everybody and their poker friends thought that everything goes up all the time — referring to Digital Assets, Equity, and Real Estate.

Many newbie retail investors experience now, in January 2021, the first glimpse into a bear market in their lives.

Prices go down. From time to time, they do such things as taking a break from the longest bull run in the stock market history.

Lately, some comments have made their way into podcasts and articles that the private venture market shows signs of a bubble.
